Batman vs Spiderman

Just a little Bday present for my buddy. His roomate is a Spiderman nut and we've been through intense debates about who would beat who in a fight between Spiderman and Batman. While I am a larger fan of Batman I do think that if it came to blows Spiderman would have it, however I still wanted to bring this scenario to life with Batman in all his badassness
